WE ARE
HIRING

At Hands-on Play Pediatric Therapy, we believe every child deserves the chance to reach their fullest potential. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist on our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping children build the skills they need to thrive. Join a supportive, collaborative team of professionals who share your commitment to making a difference. We are currently seeking compassionate, child-focused OTs and COTAs to join us.

Hands on Play is a locally owned, young, growing, purpose-driven company that emphasizes the positive impact OT has on communities. We proudly serve the Roanoke, Daleville, Rocky Mount, and Christiansburg areas. We’re dedicated to supporting the families and children in our community, as well as the OTs who make it happen.

As a mobile outpatient service, we work in-home and in centers (daycare, YMCA, etc) for treatment. This model allows us to meet the child in their natural setting and to better accommodate families schedules rather than at a clinic. We work with a wide variety of diagnoses so even if it is something you are not familiar with, our team is very experienced and we will do our best to support you with ideas for treatment to empower you and encourage confident clinicians.

We know that balancing life and work is key to thriving as a therapist and give you control of schedule so you can set the pace that fits your needs. Alongside per-visit pay, we offer a range of benefits and incentives designed to support both your professional growth and your personal well-being.

If you are not an OT or COTA but still have interest in joining our team we encourage you to apply for future opportunities!
